Fiberfit is an easy and delicious way to increase your daily fiber intake while decreasing calories. Because Fiberfit is 8-10 times sweeter than sugar, you use just 1 teaspoon of Fiberfit in place of each THREE tablespoons of sugar or sweetener called for (that's 2 tablespoons in place of a full cup!)
Note that Fiberfit does not perform in baking or candy making the same way as real sugar or a sugar alcohol like maltitol does. This means that Fiberfit won't work well in a few things, such as fudge, hard candy, or pecan pie (things that harden due to "caramelizing" sugar).
FIBERFIT is ideal for sweetening beverages, as well as in recipes of all kinds.
